This collaboration was unique from the get-go. MOGUL.sg, a trailblazer in Singapore’s real estate arena, teamed up with Talk Doesn’t Cook Rice for a venture beyond the conventional. Our mission: to elevate their brand and customer experience for a smart, seamless property search and sale process.

Directly engaging with the founder, we went beyond the typical client-agency relationship to produce work that was on par with their cutting-edge identity.

The outcome? A real estate platform reimagined, ready to meet the demands of the modern market with a digital edge. We were 2 months into the launch of our latest product and it wasn’t gaining much traction despite it being a game changer. We were introduced to Talk Doesn’t Cook Rice, and they worked with us on our positioning and identity. All this was done with them taking the time to understand our extremely niched industry.

Subsequently, this helped developed our messaging, campaigns and even creative assets and it’s been 1.5 years of great success since. The Talk Doesn’t Cook team’s effort in seeing us through this journey has made them part of our growth story.
